Hi, I’m Jennifer Vilardi. I’m originally from Illinois and moved to Florida in 1995. Over the years, I’ve built a strong background in customer service, accounting, and human resources, and I earned my AA degree from PHSC while managing a busy home life.

I’m proud to be married to Josh Vilardi, President and Senior Partner at Vilardi Wealth Management. We live in Hernando County with our six children and our two dogs, Baxter and Bear.

My career in Florida started with a women’s golf wear company, where I sharpened my customer service skills. From there, I moved into a leadership role at a large HOA in Spring Hill as the Accounting and HR Manager, which gave me deep experience across both finance and people operations. After that, I joined the Hernando County School system as an elementary school bookkeeper and confidential secretary, supporting the front office as well. Working in education was especially rewarding because I love being around kids.

Today, I bring that same mix of accounting, customer service, and HR experience to Vilardi Wealth Management as we work to improve the business and better support our clients. In January 2024, I earned my Florida Resident 220 Insurance License, allowing me to support Property and Casualty insurance.
